Job Summary: 

Top rated medical system is hiring an IT Pharmacist to lead their Pharmacy Informatics go-live and clinical systems in collaboration with the DIrector of Pharmacy and IT Team.

The Informatics Pharmacist will: 

• Manage and optimize the pharmacy formulary within the EMR

• Build and oversee order sentences, data files, and reports

• Analyze and resolve medication order discrepencies 

• Develop innovative tools to enhance system functionality and data integration

• Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to improve outcomes
