Responsible for the implementation of the Hospice & Palliative Care priority strategic growth initiatives including but not limited to contract discussions, presentations, and service are expansion in addition to providing the leadership and management of the outreach and business development positions for Hospice & Palliative Care.

Hours: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm - remote with travel to Lodi NJ, Buffalo NY, and Philadelphia PA 

Hourly Rate/Salary: 107k-125k

As a business development representative, you will be responsible for developing and nursing strong relationships with primary care physicians (PCPs) and other healthcare providers to expand our referral network and drive growth for the organization.  You will be our face in the field, attending industry events, conferences and building community partnerships. Additionally you'll support marketing efforts including SEO strategies, competitive analysis to improve market intelligence, content development and other digital marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement with potential referral sources
